We have lakeside cottages on Hayden, The Lodge and Cabin at Aspen Creek Ranch, accommodating up to 40 guests on our picturesque horse ranch. If you're a ski enthusiast, our ski-in-ski-out condo on Schweitzer Mountain provides access to the ultimate winter wonderland or summer mountain biking/hiking experience.

Our indoor barn arena and outdoor fenced arena offers a large space for your horse clinic, event, haul in or lessons. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate retreat, family reunion or any special occasion, our 5100 sq foot lodge can be transformed to suit your needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Aspen Creek Ranch home. Our family has rented properties yearly for the past 20 years and at the end of our stay, everyone said this was the best place we have ever rented. There is plenty of space and the home is well equipped. Plenty for everyone to do. Kids loved the game rooms and playing hide and seek in the spacious home. Adults loved the bedrooms and the kitchen, reading by the fireplace, the hot tub, etc. We set up horseback riding one of the days on the property and visited a little animal farm. Being close to Sandpoint was a positive. Some skied one of the evenings and we went in to visit a few breweries and see a movie in town. The host was incredibly helpful. We will be back.
We just spent a wonder week at these two properties. We had ZERO complaints, and everything was so perfect. The property managers were so very friendly and easy to work with, and, very, very accommodating. We had 33 people all together, and we never felt cramped. All the beds were very comfortable, the ambiance, and everything was new. So many things to do with a 15 to 30 minute drive. We will come again, and again!
We loved renting kayaks and SUPs from High Adventure. They were super easy to work with and communicate with.
It was exciting to arrive at their private properties that are not accessible unless you use this company. It gave us a fun chance to see the area with new eyes.
We stayed at The Condo at Schweitzer.
The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was incredibly clean and cozy. It felt like we were walking into our own home from the moment we walked through the door.
The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. There are tons of towels, extra blankets, cozy furniture, and a wonderful gas fireplace.
The ski in/ski out access was phenomenal and mere feet from the front door.
We've stayed at dozens of wonderful vacation rentals in various states and seasons. The Condo at Schweitzer has set the bar so incredibly high. We can't wait to go back.
